Viva Apartments offers 12 month leases.

Application Fee
The application fee is $40 per applicant.

Security Deposit
One Bedroom – $600
Two Bedroom – $800
Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Pets
Four-legged friends are welcome at Viva Apartments!
Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).

We do have a weight restriction on dogs and, we’re sorry, we also have some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager to see the list.

  • Pet Rent: $50 per pet/per month
